1. the more higher of printing reticle, the more lower of picture’ grey level, otherwise, there will come up fuzzy phenomenon. 2. the etching deepth of steel board shoud be controlled in 0.02 – 0.025MM 3. the machine is suitable for 4-color offset printing, the best reticle is 150. If there is a true color on graphic, it is better to use six color pad printer with rotary that is more 2 workstation to print true color 4. the cost of printing head is a little higher, we suggest all the clients to make printing heads by yourself, and repeat to use to reduct cost 5. you should prepare printing head, steel plate and clamp according to your printed products 6. preparing ink, and liquid (for diluting ink) |
