The other characteristic is the operation is very clearly and intuitive, installing and demoliting is very simple and fast, adjusting pressure is very convenient and steady. Morever, it is very easy for training new workers.

3. if there is no advantage of oblique arm screen printer. Of course, it is not. The price is a litter cheaper. It is easy to take workpieces. It adopting short printing, the efficiency is a little further. It is suitable for the products with lower-pressure requirement. Such as, UV curing oil, colors of the rainbow oil, cigarette packet, wine case, adhesive special color screen printing.

4. vertical cross scratch can classified as pneumatic type and electronic type according to the pressure of cross scratch. The pneumatic type is adopted frequency motor with even speed, no string action and jitter. It is the best choice for print high-precision screen dot and circuit. However when move by lower-speed, the pneumatic will have string action. It only suitable for high-speed printing. using in ceramics industry. It can print thin ink layer, saving cost.

Through above mentioned, when you choose screen printer, you should order as following rules.

1. Your products (it’s screen dot or special color graphic, printing circuit or paper)

2. estimating your purchase price (remembering that the oblique screen printer can’t print precision and steady screen dot)

3. the requirements of overprint precision (the error of vertical screen printer is less than 0.02, the oblique is less than 0.05mm. both of them can meet common overprint demands. The main factor for overprinting correctly is if the clamp is putting on the correct positon and the quality of workers.
