Lot of pad printing steel board are painted PVA sensitization sub, and protected by black PE. When you use you can fall the protective film. The process of printing down and etching is the same as the thick steel board.

3, nylon gravnue plate with 0.5-1mm thickness

The material of pad printing plate is trend to nonmetal. In the field of thermoplastic, the nylon’s staying quality is the best, and it is good for etching the ink.
